There are green roads, tracks of former horse and cart roads, walking paths, and sometimes you will have to walk over the open ground - waymarkers will show you the way. Almost all of the walks are low level walks along rivers, lakes, the Atlantic Ocean , through woods, and along the feet of mountains in the valleys. This is truly the way to discover a land steeped in history along faded tracks that echo of ancient times.
